ProTitle Agency
Seven services, six steps, zero legal jargon
ProTitle confirms property ownership and protects buyers, agents, investors and lenders against legal claims. The platform explains seven title services and the entire six-step closing process in language a first-time buyer can follow, wrapped in a three.js interface that separates the agency from its template-site competitors.
Challenge
Title work is the least understood step in a property purchase and the least visual. Clients arrive anxious and confused, and most agencies answer with a wall of legal text — which converts nobody and produces the same five phone questions every week.
What we built
We turned the closing into a narrative: a six-step process walkthrough, seven service cards written in plain language, and an interactive globe plus scroll-driven motion carrying attention through material that is otherwise dry. The enquiry form is short and lands with the agency instantly.
Result
A bilingual presence for the Hallandale Beach agency that answers client questions before the first call, presenting seven services and the full closing process to a client base the agency puts at 1,000+.
What it does
Every screen below is the live product, captured this week.
Positioning
Title work is invisible until it goes wrong, so the front page states plainly what the agency protects the buyer from.
- Ownership confirmation and protection against claims
- Serves buyers, agents, investors and lenders
- Interactive 3D globe and scroll-driven motion
Seven services
Each service is described in language a first-time buyer can follow — the same seven questions the agency answers on the phone every week.
- Title search, title insurance and escrow
- Closing services and document preparation
- Lien and judgment searches, refinancing assistance
The closing walkthrough
Six steps from consultation to post-closing support, modelled once as data and rendered as the timeline, the FAQ and the service cards.
- Consultation, proposal, title search, insurance
- Escrow, closing and post-closing support
- Same six steps drive the timeline and the FAQ
Getting in touch
A short form, a masked phone field and instant delivery — a title enquiry is time-sensitive and usually arrives mid-transaction.
- Consultation request with masked phone input
- Validation client-side and again on the server
- Bilingual EN / RU across every route
The 3D layer degrades gracefully on a phone — the closing walkthrough stays fully readable.
Under the hood
The stack, and the engineering decisions behind the build.
- three.js globe and scroll-linked motion lazy-loaded behind the fold — the 3D bundle never blocks first paint.
- Six-step process modelled as data, so one source renders the timeline, the FAQ and the service cards.
- Short enquiry form with masked phone input, validation and instant delivery to the agency channel.
- Bilingual EN/RU content served per route rather than swapped on the client.
