Overview

Best Broker Realty is a Hallandale Beach brokerage selling Miami property to local and international buyers. We designed and built its English–Russian site: six service lines, a mortgage section, the agent roster and a consultation form that lands in the team’s Telegram. In 2026 we moved its content into a CMS, so the agency now edits its people, reviews and services itself.

01 — Challenge

Many of the agency’s clients buy from abroad and talk to an agent long before they see a property. The site had to look like a premium Miami brand in two languages, explain financing to non-residents and get every inquiry to a person fast. Later the team also needed to change agents, reviews and services without waiting for a developer.

02 — What we built

We built a Next.js front end with English and Russian routes, a services grid, separate mortgage and team pages, and one short form: name, email and a masked phone field. Each submission is validated on the server, saved as a lead in the CMS and pushed to the team’s Telegram chat. Agents, testimonials, service lines, SEO and analytics tags now come from the admin, which refreshes the site whenever something changes.

03 — Result

A live bilingual site with six service lines, seven mortgage programs and thirteen agent profiles. Inquiries reach the team’s phones as they arrive and stay in the CMS even if a notification fails. The agency updates its own content, and a 2026 performance pass cut the site’s media from 107 MB to 33 MB.

Home — the six service lines, ahead of property types and reviews.
01

Six service lines

Buying, investing, international buyers, property management, rentals, and legal and financial support each get a card on the home page. The six lines live in the CMS in both languages, so the agency can reword or reorder them without a release.

  • Six service cards, edited in the admin
  • Property types: condos, family homes, waterfront, new builds
  • Client reviews on the home page, pulled from the CMS
Mortgage — seven financing programs for residents and non-residents.
02

Financing

For a buyer from abroad the loan is often the hardest part, so mortgage gets a page of its own. It lists seven programs, from pre-approval and foreign national loans to bridge financing, and spells out who each one is for.

  • Seven programs, including foreign national loans
  • Who it is for: first-time, international, investors, self-employed
  • Consultation calls to action between sections
Team — co-founders, managing broker and sales associates.
03

The team

A remote buyer is trusting people they have not met, so the agents get a page of their own. Thirteen profiles, from the co-founders and managing broker to sales associates, are kept in the CMS with photos and titles in both languages.

  • 13 agent profiles with photo and title
  • Names and titles stored per language
  • A new agent is an admin entry, not a deploy
Consultation form — three fields, opened from every page.
04

Consultation requests

Every “Free Consultation” button opens the same three-field form. The server checks the email and phone, records the lead in the CMS, then posts it to the team’s Telegram chat; if both steps fail, the visitor is asked to call rather than shown a false success.

  • Name, email and a masked phone, nothing more
  • Lead saved in the CMS before the Telegram alert
  • Phone numbers normalized to E.164 before saving

On a phone the menu folds into a burger and the consultation button sits right in the first screen.

Key decisions

  • Agents, reviews, service lines, SEO and the favicon are read from the CMS per locale, and an unreachable API leaves a section empty instead of breaking the page.
  • The admin clears the site’s cache through a secret-protected revalidation endpoint, so edits go live without a deploy.
  • A lead is stored before Telegram is called, and the form reports success only if at least one of the two went through.
  • A 2026 performance pass cut media from 107 MB to 33 MB and gave the hero image priority loading for a faster first paint.
