Voxago
Voice, SMS, video and contact center on one platform
Voxago is a unified business communications platform: calls, SMS, video, virtual fax and contact center in one product, with AI voice agents on top. We built the entire public platform — 23 routes, three plan tiers, eleven industry configurations — on Next.js 16 with React 19 server components.
Challenge
Selling telephony means answering the same question eleven different ways: a law firm, a clinic and a car dealership all need call routing, but none of them recognise their business in a generic feature list. And a HIPAA-ready product has to look compliant before a buyer reads a word.
What we built
We built one component system and rendered it as eleven industry configurations, three plan tiers and a full product catalog across 23 routes. Compliance signals, audio-quality telemetry and the porting timeline sit above the fold, and the whole thing streams as server components with pricing data cached at the edge.
Result
A 23-route platform on one shared component system, with 18 server handlers behind the trial, quote and porting flows, and a free-trial path that ends with numbers ported in under a day.
What it does
Every screen below is the live product, captured this week.
Unified communications
Calls, SMS, video, virtual fax and contact center run as one product rather than five bolt-ons, with existing numbers ported in under a day.
- Business phone system, contact center, SMS and virtual fax
- Meetings, team messaging, desktop and mobile apps
- Number porting handled in under 24 hours
Plan configuration
Three tiers built from the same feature set, so a buyer compares what actually differs instead of reading three marketing pages.
- Basic, Pro and Executive tiers priced per user
- Recording windows, queues, transcription and CRM access per tier
- AI voice agents priced separately per agent
Call handling
The routing layer is where a phone system is won or lost: attendants, queues, monitoring and recording, all configurable without a technician.
- Automated attendant, time-based routing and dial groups
- Call monitoring with listen, whisper and barge
- Recording, voicemail-to-email and quality scoring
CRM and automation
Calls stop being isolated events once they carry customer context — routing by CRM record, AI agents answering out of hours, and webhooks pushing every event outward.
- CRM-driven routing and screen pop on inbound calls
- AI voice agents answering 24/7 with model-agnostic backends
- API and webhooks for every call, message and queue event
Pricing and product pages hold their layout on a phone — the plan comparison scrolls, it does not collapse into a list.
Under the hood
The stack, and the engineering decisions behind the build.
- Next.js 16 App Router with React 19 server components — 23 routes served from one shared component system.
- 18 server route handlers behind the trial, quote and porting flows, with pricing data cached at the edge.
- Motion, WebGL and audio telemetry visuals kept off the critical path so the pricing page renders instantly.
- Radix primitives under every interactive control, so keyboard and screen-reader behaviour is correct by default.
